Bark Park Rules and Guidelines

Please Observe Park Rules At All Times!

  • We reserve the right to close Beverly’s Bark Park at any time.

  • All dogs must have a permanent ID (collar or microchip).

  • All of our fuzzy friends must have current Rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations as required by law, as well as Distemper and Bordatella.  In addition, all dogs must show proof of a negative test for worms. Proof of vaccinations must be presented to obtain a park membership.

  • Any dog known to exhibit vicious, fierce, aggressive, or dangerous behavior is not permitted in the park.

  • No more than two (2) precious pets per person are permitted. Owners must have a leash available for each pet at all times.

  • Puppies under four (4) months of age are not permitted.

  • All canine companions must be spayed or neutered to be a member of Beverly’s Bark Park.

  • Any canine, person, or other park user creating a disturbance or violating posted rules must leave the park if requested by any agent or employee of Beverly’s Pet Resort.

  • Always clean up after your furry friend. Waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Waste receptacles and disposal bags are available in several locations in the park for that purpose.

  • Children under nine (9) years of age are not allowed in Beverly’s Bark Park. Children between 9-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Please extend common courtesy to other park users. If your favorite friend becomes unruly or aggressive toward others, you must leash your favorite friend and exit Beverly’s Bark Park immediately.

  • Please limit your use of Beverly’s Bark Park to one (1) hour during peak-use periods.

  • We recommend you do not bring your furry friend’s favorite toy to the park. Dogs can be protective of their favorite toys, and therefore, tend to be aggressive toward other dogs who try to play with them. Remember that every canine camper thinks every toy it sees is its own toy. This should be expected.

  • Please do not allow your fuzzy friend to dig.

  • Dogs must be supervised and maintained under voice control at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended or out of sight range. You must monitor your dog’s behavior at all times.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in Beverly’s Bark Park.

  • Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in Beverly’s Bark Park.

  • Food is not allowed in Beverly’s Bark Park. Some dogs are food aggressive and can become unruly or dangerous if food is around.

  • There is a seasonal drinking fountain in the park available May through October. Visitors must supply the water bowl. At other times of the year, you must provide your own water. No glass bowls or glass containers of any kind are permitted in Beverly’s Bark Park.

  • Please do not allow non-members in the gate under your card. Your park pass will be revoked.

  • In the event your park pass is eliminated, no refunds will be made.

  • It is suggested that you visit the park the first few times during non-peak times. It may take some time for your furry friend to adapt to the new environment.

  • Training and socialization classes are suggested to help insure a quality, healthy experience for your favorite friend.

  • Know where your area veterinarians are located, in case of an emergency.
