Boarding Membership FAQ

How do the membership credits work?

When you enroll, your fee is added as credit in your Beverly’s account. That credit can be used toward nightly boarding, daily daycare (if included in your tier), and Pupgrades during your membership year.

Can I combine my membership discount with other coupons or specials?

No, membership discounts cannot be stacked with other offers. Your membership discount will always give you the best rate.

Is there a limit to how many times I can board my dog with a membership?

Nope! Your membership applies to every single nightly boarding stay during your year of enrollment. The more you use it, the more you save.

Do memberships apply to multiple dogs?

Memberships are per dog. If you have more than one pup, you can enroll each in their own membership. Additional dogs receive discounted membership pricing, making it even easier to save on multiple pups.

What happens if my dog’s boarding stay goes past my membership end date?

Discounts and perks apply to any nightly boarding reservation made while your membership is active. Since memberships auto-renew unless cancelled, there’s essentially no “end date”. Your discounted rate will continue to apply as long as your membership remains active.

Can I pause or freeze my membership if I don’t use it for a while?

Memberships are active for one continuous year and cannot be paused or extended, only re-enrolled.

Can I upgrade from Bronze to Silver or Gold later on?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference, and we’ll adjust your account and perks right away.

Do I have to renew manually each year?

Memberships auto-renew! We’ll remind you when your year is almost up so you can choose to renew or cancel prior to being charged.

Can I cancel my membership?

Memberships cannot be canceled once activated. Because your enrollment fee is converted into credits for future reservations, all memberships are nonrefundable. Once the year is up you will have the opportunity to renew or cancel.

No, once activated, memberships are nonrefundable.
